Just closed on my very first home a couple weeks ago, starting to get hot out so we turn on the air... house doesn't cool down? Call a HVAC company and what do you know.... need a new central air unit AND furnace. Thanks Bryan Holland for the THOROUGH inspection. I do not recommend this company folks, all the things we've noticed wrong the past couple weeks. Seems as if he's a 'check the box' inspector. Never again will I go with the inspector my realtor recommends. Hope this helps you make your decision.
